Thanks for putting things into perspective. However, during this six month due diligence period Caldera has only highlighted the Astro drilling program. Expectations may be too high. I'd be satisfied to hear that the joint venture is a definite certainty.

On another issue, I understand that at the annual shareholder meeting in June shareholders were to be asked to give Caldera advance authority to issue up to 10,000,000 common shares in the next year should more funding be required. That could represent as much as a two-fold increase in the number of common shares. Was the resolution approved?
