Just The Facts--Jack.Just The Way I Like It.

Now maybe you could get the DOC to tone it down a bit before I go over there and publicly embarrass the little twit. Not that the DOC is not used to it.:-)

The problems they attribute may have nothing to do with this little joust at all.Last year was bad due to shut downs from weather, shut downs for upgrading capacity, blasting complications and pit access complications due to old mine workings. They ended up mining much of their lower grade oar when they needed it the least.(low gold price)They say they should have most problems solved by the second half of the year...thus I am not anticipating a great quarter, but could get a surprise. They made no reference to this dispute, but it may have been related to the access/old mine workings bit.Hard to say.The real upside I see here is that as they improve and gold moves up they may surpass their highs of 1996 at 380 gold..if we see it next year. Can't beat that. Also, they took a big write down due to evaluations based on 340 gold. This company is in no trouble and have been paying down their debt on schedule. They may however restructure the loan to ease obligations during this depressed gold price and mining complications. This company may be debt free in as little as three years with an expanding reserve estimate an increased production capacity. So no...I would not read into the next set of earnings relative to their little joust with MDIN.MDIN may be the least of their concerns, thus they likely will not get into a public pissing contest...just like I have no intention of.

PS:That was a joke about noises on SI.Sheesh!...lighten up eh?:-)

Have a good evening.....bye.
