Radarluv, the news was NOT of any great significance, I saw the fact that there was news and so once I found out what it was, I posted it, that's all. There is the possibility that the company could have a cease-trade implemented as a result of being delinquent, that would in turn be lifted once they complied. This has happened to WRN before. Steppe Gold for instance was recently cease-traded for being a delinquent filer by the Ontario Securities Commission. As you can see, there can be some ramifications, they are not usually very serious, but it is still not a great thing to have happen. Salut, Leigh McBain
