Peter- my concern is that Mark V suddenly appeared and caused panic selling just before the conference call when the things turned out not to be so bad after all. We know he was light on his research, such as not being aware of the 1.5 million share Bellcore ownership in Valence. IMO many long time holders may have given up just before long-awaited positive developments. As was pointed out- the 10k disclaimers he amplified were about the same as the year before and applied to the period ending March 31. Those who sold out can re-evaluate and get back in, of course, but we could have a run-up that would make it expensive, especially having sold at 4 3/4 - now 5 x 5 1/8.
