Course he doesn't - it's a joke! Dr Tero and all. Buying your competitor's stock, then selling it to drive the price down is not too bright and funding others to buy it at a 15% discount would be suicidal. It would be better to buy a licence from the competitor. Or maybe buy all the stock yourself in a takeover. It's just a joke. Mqurice
