It's a Seattle Times article about the valuations of Internet stocks, with a lot of attention given to
Amazon. My favorite quote:

Robert Stovall, president of New York-based Stovall/Twenty-First Advisers, said the recent
interest in Internet shares brings to mind stock crazes from the 1950s and '60s: Uranium stocks
at the dawn of the Cold War, drug and biotech stocks after the discovery of a polio vaccine
and space-related stocks when President Kennedy pledged that America would send a man to
the moon. In those cases, investor interest eventually cooled after an initial crush.

Of course, history never repeats itself so there's nothing to learn from those events. What was that
-- like 30 or 40 years ago? No relevance at all . . .
