Re: ALYD road show and highlights over the last few weeks, for people who don't follow ALYD:

1. ALYD taken on a road show by Hannifen Imhoff (the same company that did so well with TAVA)

2. ALYD announces contract with AMD (the chip maker)

3. ALYD announces contract with Aerospace Corporation (a DOD government contractor)

4. Charlotte Observer publishes comments by an analyst predicting .16 a share for Q2, versus .10 in Q1

5. ALYD is selected to be on the Russell 2000 list

6. ALYD stock goes from a low of 11 3/8 to a high of 17 1/4 on the highest volume it has ever had

As for whether or not the road show was successfuI, I would venture to say that the recent volume is not just "mom and pops", but until we see the new institutional numbers it is impossible to say. I do know that the #1 question asked of ALYD was about their post 2000 plans. As ALYD stated at its shareholders meeting, they are leveraging their SmartCode technology to automate tasks other than Y2K and will make acquisitions by the end of August that will further that goal.

Hope that helps!
