ONE'S business plan calls for the distributors to market the treatment in their respective countries, "marketing" is not their responsibility. However, it behoves ONE to chose strong distributors if they are to succeed...witness the problem in Canada! ONE recognizes the problem and is now insuring that any future distributors are also capable of mounting strong marketing programs. IMHO good news will be flowing in the very near future.
