Well Glaxo is manufacturing it for them, so likely the stability issue is the hang up. They've always said "at least 18 months" - they've never updated this language over time. Remains a mystery.

I added to my holding at a shade under $18 today. I think it is a compelling value at these levels - the true value in the stock is in Gd-Tex not Lu-Tex, and the Cowan timing on Lu-Tex was always too ambitious.
