This will make a total of $8,000,000 in EDIIs coffers. How many pennies do you know have $8,000,000 in their cash account? And lets talk acquired land with restricted shares. Before we discuss dilution, consider what value per share the real-estate owners took in trade for the land. You DON'T have dilution if you increase value dramatically. That's what is happening here. Read the news very carefully! VERY carefully! ACQUEREN has already closed and which announcement would you guess will be next?
