The TAVA stock promotion fraud. Bill Regarding the "remediation" issue: You have hit upon one of the biggest reasons why I feel that TAVA management and stock promoters have deliberately misled investors. Read the last 10-Q, specifically, the comments regarding PlantY2KOne: <<The PlantY2KOne-TM- product suite includes a methodology designed specifically to address the manufacturing and process floor environment... ...The methodology includes assessment, analysis, planning and remediation phases... ...The final stage is to execute the remediation plan...>> Even though TAVA doesn't come right out and (falsely) claim that they handle the remediation, I get the distinct impression from this language that they imply they do. I think this language has been specifically designed to deceive investors. I also believe that the latest round of press releases about "orders" is also designed to mask their worsening financial condition.
