Paul, Re: Can you give us an update on Hong Kong economic conditions Really bad and getting worse IMO. The situation is similar to Japan 10 years ago(realty bubble burst). We deserve that. If one looks at the local Stock Exchange, one may find that over 80% of the listed company derive its profit from realty(even though many of them are supposed to be manufacturing companies, servicing companies).
