Yes,Jack, I agree, the two to one is better in that you have 2 splits instead of one, and also end up with more shares, in two year time frame. It is not Dell's history to 3:1 splits. People get confused at first when they see the obvious 3:1 in the share increase ratio. Not likely, a 3:1. Cricket
