Be careful of being right on the internet stocks based on "valuation". Yes they're "overvalued" based upon traditional measures but keep in mind they are more concept stocks in a period I would compare to the early 80's with the PC and software companies during a sea change in technology. MSFT was, and for that matter, still is "overvalued". Just as there was the Osborne Computers of that era which crashed and burned, there will be internet failures as well. However I've concluded for the moment that: 1. these stocks cannot be successfully traded, especially on the short side (you have to be more lucky than good) and 2. they will be much higher a year from now.
