But according to the latest informal NEWS.COM Poll, a substantial 48 percent of readers answered "no" to our query: "If you've taken the upgrade plunge, has your experience gone smoothly?" Good luck with your business. I don't know of many consultants who would risk upsetting 48% of their clients.
