The resentment with Mr. V. is not the negative things he is saying regarding VLNC. It's just his antagonistic manner, which leads me to believe that he is a very good attorney.

The practice of law has less to do with truth and justice than with perception, because that is all that matters when the vote(s) is(are) cast. The law profession operates in the interface between "rock-hard", "iron-clad" words and the subjective human experience. Obviously, words are not rock-hard and nor is the human experience, and that leaves a mushy ground where lawyers play. What is rock-hard are the steel bars that slam shut when the game is lost, and that is what gives the practice of law it's skeletal form and cause for one's knees to knock.

And what this has to do with VLNC, I haven't the foggiest notion. Geez, look at the time stamp. Perhaps this hour of insomnia is over and it's time to go back to bed and dream about batteries. In the morning I can wonder how I can come up with such inane stuff.
