I guess that would affect summit also considering the cross license of patents that they agreed to for use. so if FTC removes some they have ours.

but still fueling up that is good news who provided the upgrades?

although this 6.5 area has become as stubborn as the 3.5 for Lcav they will both be blown away... call options expiration weighs again this week need to check the open interest for supply to those who are going to exercise. could cause some hedging like last month. this is the only negative i can find.
