This seems to be the key phrase in the press release: <<<The settlement is subject to ImmuDyne entering into an arms length distribution agreement with Nutrition Supply Corp. While the parties have engaged in discussions, to date they have been unable to reach an agreement. There can be no assurance that such an agreement can be reached in the future.>>> I'm not a lawyer so I'm not sure what it all means. 1) arms length agreement? 2) net decrease of 1,700,000 shares? 3) royalty payments paid by IMMD to Carmel Research will decrease from 12% to 10%? 4) Donzi resigns but still major shareholder? I haven't been following that close lately to understand what this release means. I know we all wanted the suit over with but is this good or bad? I'm just curious, not that it matters cause I'm in the holding pattern whether I like it or not.<g> Any comments would be appreciated. P.S. Hello Irene...and MH. RH
