Are you sure that what USPS got was conventional debt financing? I can't believe a lender would risk capital on such a venture without a substantial equity kicker.

Debt financing might be somewhere in the future for GPGI but I sure don't see it soon. A delay in cash flow of only a few months, which could still happen, could put everything the shareholders are waiting for at risk.

At this point I'd rather they sell another million shares than borrow $1 million, assuming they need it. And if demonstrated cash flow for the current size operation gets the share price up to 5 or 10 in the next year, they can sell shares with much less dilution and it will have been well worth the wait.
