Have some info on those planned sells, and at this time, no sells have been made, they have to file before they can actually sell. Also I have been advised that the sell involving Elk, is to a private investor, anywau, here is what I found:

This should give us a start, and like I said before, I checked, and none of the proposed sales have taken place yet. Again I would like to thank the few who stood up for me at SI, when I lost my voice there and did not allow themselves to be intimidatied by janice and her friends, like others over there, who seemed to distance themselves from me, after saying in private that they supported me. I published what I did over there because I felt what I was told was true, and I wanted all investors who had money invested in EDII to know. I have since found out that I was set up by friends of Janice to get me thrown off of SI, and to tell the truth I am glad that happened, it feels like a breath of fresh air here on Raging Bull, and I advise everyone to tell their friends about Raging Bull, I say we promote this place till it surpasses SI, and given what has been happening on SI I don't think it will take long. ps I wish to thank T. Hamilton for what he posted, I have since been e-mailed by a friend at SI, who said that T. Hamilton E-mailed him, and advised him that his account was terminated for defending my actions, and talking bad about SI's BOB. Sorry that that has happened to you, and hope that you join the serious investors here on Raging Bulls
Now, another point: as long as Ken continues to post lies, I will continue to respond to them. He was not "set up" by "Janice's friends". He was "set up" by a disgruntled CSHK "investor" who finds it easier to blame me for her difficulties than to face up to reality. This appears to be Ken's problem as well.
As for the "lawyer": he invented a post supposedly written by SI Admin. No one but he ever claimed to have seen it. SI could of course have found it easily, had it ever existed, as could anyone else willing to check their computer's cache. Evidently "Hamilton" doesn't know enough about tech stuff to have realized this, and so embarrassed himself. I find it deplorable that some here, and many at RB, consider him a sort of hero.
To return to Ken: there are many other posts by him at RB, most of them promising all sorts of interesting news. Some are pretty specific. Would he or anyone else care to explain his precise relationship to the company? Why is he evidently privy to information they do not choose to make public in conventional ways?
