Hs/she/it has said its piece, which even included a rarified moment of self congratulations which negated all other thing's expressed. Kind'a "Ginsbergish," eh? Besides, you REALLY don't suppose he's an attorney, do ya? He could be, but let me ask you, just WHERE do you get this supposition? From he/she/its profile? If so, need I say how suspect that can be? ;-)
Botton line? I say relax. If he's right, the proof will be out soon, me thinks. If he's wrong, too also we shall know. Either way we should know soon enough, if only by the indirect inference one can draw from the recent "frenzy" of posts clearing the line of demarcation between both arguments. This, typically, has signaled a juncture moment.....If my hypothesis is true(and look at such past juncture "cases" as AOL, DELL, INTC, and yes, failures such as BREX, SEXI, etc.) then my guess is we'll be hearing something from corporate soon.
