Hi Robert!...no matter what...this is good! The company will now concentrate on what it does best! Both sides actually won!NO MORE LEGAL EXPENSE!...1. 7 mill shares gets retired and that's 9% of the shares outstanding...that will also help move the stock...We will see trading but long and short term outlook looks great...I went over my notes....and last year Waaco and Hazlette newsletter projected immd to be $5 by 1996...well, 1996 isn't over yet .I think more announements are coming......enjoy tomorrow!
