the best thing that could happen to the company is to merge or be bought outright! all the good news and such, just gets 3/8 to a point and then falls back, another million shares just dilutes it more...but the management is doing OK.....and the stockholders are grabbing their ankles again! IMO, I gave up and sold mine....it has not moved since! think about it....NASDAQ making new highs and IMAT sets locked in cement re share price...JMHO!
