To all: My thoughts on the posts from the last several days:

First, I think it important for all of us to reflect on the intent of this forum. I believe it has been designed so that fellow investors could openly discuss investments; investment stratetgies; pros and cons of companies; etc.,etc. so that we can all be better investors.

I don't believe that it was ever intended to be a forum where personal attacks against companies and their management took on a "bashing" attitude. Nor is it intended to take on a "hypeing" attitude. As a result, we all should deal with only facts. Phil, your true motives in your postings have been theorized here in great detail, as has your responses to some of those theories. I will not dwell on them again, but your constant referring of Camelot, their owner, and their management team as "sleaze bag", "white-trash", "crummy little company", etc., etc., violates the intent of this forum. It violates net etiquette, and is just down right not nice. As a result of this practice, and of your habit of distorting the whole truth, you have finally woken an otherwise sleeping lion. You really should read the Sept 27 press release from another Texas based company, Nutrition for Life, a copy of which follows:

www.nutritionforlife.com/news/index.htm

HOUSTON, Sept. 27 -- Nutrition For Life International, Inc. (Nasdaq/NMS: NFLI) announced that it has been awarded a default judgment in its suit against Greg J. Caton for libel, slander, defamation and breach of contract. The basis of the complaint revolves around statements made by Caton on the Internet and elsewhere. Actual and punitive damages and other relief are yet to be decided.

In a similar suit against Caton, Kevin Trudeau, a major independent distributor of the Company, was recently awarded damages of $10 million. In a significant move, the court also ordered that Caton and any other individual or entity acting on behalf of or in concert with Caton are permanently enjoined from publishing any of the numerous statements alleged to be defamatory in the Complaint. Anyone who knowingly assists Caton in making statements proven to be defamatory could be liable for damages. Among statements Caton is restrained from making are statements referring to Trudeau's and Nutrition For Life International, Inc.'s advertising campaign as fraudulent and deceptive.

David J. Bradford of Jenner & Block, acting as counsel for Trudeau in this matter, commented that it is unusual for a court to issue an order restraining speech. "This is an extraordinary remedy that courts are generally reluctant to give," he stated. "It can be done because defamatory speech is false and lacks any social value. I also believe that this may be one of the first decisions restraining an individual from making statements published on the Internet."

Caton, a former major shareholder of a predecessor of Nutrition For Life International, Inc., disassociated with that firm in 1987. Since his departure and sale of his stock, he has embarked on a bitter campaign to discredit and harm Nutrition For Life International and persons involved with the Company.

In 1990 Caton was convicted of a felony conspiracy to counterfeit money in the United States District Court in Lake Charles, Louisiana.

Nutrition For Life International, Inc. develops, markets and sells an extensive product line of nutritional supplements and other consumer products through its network of over 85,000 independent distributors. Currently the Company markets its products in all 50 states, the District of Columbia , Puerto Rico, Guam, Canada, the United Kingdom, Korea and the Philippines.

Secondly, I don't think that this forum was ever intended to be a "direct link" to management of any company. I think we should consider Jeanette's post here a public statement to Phil, but should not consider it a vehicle to contact her, at least through this medium . I, as an investor, would rather she spend her time helping run the company instead of spending it responding to everybody's questions. Kevin LeBlanc's post suggesting that investment concerns be addressed to him is appropriate. I personally can attest that every e-mail that I have sent him has been answered in a timely manner.

Finally, as an investor, I am pleased with my position with Camelot. I personally feel as if there is alot of potential in this infant market, and feel that nobody has yet established themselves as the "standard". The industry itself needs to mature and be accepted before any of these related companies really take off. This will happen as standards and improved technologies continue.
