Guthrie's 1947 recording of "This Land Is Your Land" received a Grammy Hall of Fame Award in 1990. The No. 1 "Billboard" Pop Hit in 1950 was "Mona Lisa," Nat King Cole. The No. 1 "Billboard" Pop Hit in 1960 was "I'm Sorry," Brenda Lee. The Who began their first world tour in 1967 opening for Herman's Hermits. The Everly Brothers broke up in 1973 during mid-performance at a show at Knott's Berry Farm in Anaheim, California. Australian-born singer and actress Olivia Newton-John announced she had breast cancer in 1992. The U.S. Postal Service released stamps honoring four Broadway musicals in 1993. The 29-cent stamps feature scenes from "My Fair Lady," "Porgy and Bess," "Show Boat" and "Oklahoma."
