Making announcements for repurchasing shares? Uh oh... I'm in trouble then.

I've decided to keep what I own of any company at any given time a secret. You never know when I own ZULU/ESVS and when I don't. That seems to be the smart way of going about this.

There are stocks that I have been following that I have not made announcements about or even posted. It's a different philosophy, one that I suggest many people on this thread should follow...

Making announcements about owning a given stock is a choice of the person. What threads are designed for is discussion about any given company, not what its shareholders decide to do with its cash.

Nobody here really knows if I am long or short on this stock. It's really nobody's business. I have reasons for me doing so, and will freely share those reasons, but you need to make your own assessments

As for relevance...

1)I talked to my contact at disney.com. There's nothing brewing between the two companies that he's aware of.

2)This seems like a long time for the acquisition to complete. I'm sure there are major issues that need to be ironed out. Has anyone seen a letter of intent? Would anyone like to guess that the letter of intent is complete? I hope to see press releases of progress.

3)My biggest issue: In terms of the insiders, in order for there to be an acquisition of any company, there has to be a vote of ZULU shareholders, unless the insiders all agree and they hold more than the public shareholders do (which they do). I don't think this merger will take place on a stock transfer basis, but an asset transfer.

ZULU, it has been said, will own 80% of the new entity, which means they'll own the new company. That makes the Zulu insiders the beneficiary of, I believe, 40+% of the new company. I am willing to bet that Hayton/ZULU insiders will own close to 50% of the new company. A reverse split will be necessary to remain on NASD.

I know Zulu is a holding company. Does that mean then, that ESVS will be what Echomedia is now, ie a subsidiary(but a 20% owner of the new company)?

Just my thoughts,

Matt and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat.
