I dump on Hayton for good reason, Partytime. He's run companies into the ground and profited from it. He is the one concern every serious investor has about this company. If he turns this into a profitable company, then he has vindicated himself. Until then, the investment world will back my assessment of him. Don't shoot the messenger. I only voice opinions the majority of the web advertising world has about Hayton. But if he can pull this merger off, he's got a good start on the future. Matt and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat.
