NO SPLIT HAS BEEN ANNOUNCED. The proxy statement does include one item to increase the authorized shares from 1,005,000,000 to 3,005,000,000. This would allow for one 3:1 or two 2:1 (my pick) splits, but there are no definites as to when this would happen. It could be at the meeting, but it would be up to the Board. LoD
