Where do you draw the line for a consumer personal computer?
Pentium II 400s are sold in retail stores as consumer products aren't they? They sell for upwards of $2500-$3000. Elmer, the significance is that good money can be made at the bottom end. Yes I agree, IT IS the bottom end.
