Unfortunately or Fortunatley, depending on your perspective, this thread is not the authority on what true religion is. The reality is, that their claims ARE just as legitimate as Christians.
Many people have spent their lives asking god, and believe it or not, Chritianity is not the answer that comes up every time. Other religions have believers that are just as fervent, just as spiritual, just as convinced that they are right. In fact, there are more of them in the world than there are Christians. To just flatly say you are right and they are wrong is somewhat myopic, imo. they are just as convinced as to their rightousness, and they have holy books that back up their claims also.
Personally, I am not a believer in organized religion. Ithink many of them contain truths and beauty(including, but not limited to, Christianity) I have made my decisions, and am quite at peace with them.
