Not to be picky but didn't somebody post a while back that most of CCI's revenues came for older material and not the newer CD's? I tried to find the post but couldn't locate it. Maybe I'm imagining things but I pretty sure someone spoke to a company rep and that's what they said. If that is indeed true, maybe there is something to this whole pricing thing. Also, if you ever look at the top selling Pop Catalog albums (meaning albums purchased from BMG, Columbia House, etc.) you will see names like Bob Marley - Legend, Pink Floyd - Dark Side of the Moon, Jimmy Buffett - Songs You Know by Heart, etc. etc. I'm not saying people don't buy the newer stuff because they obviously do, but any CDs I have ever purchased from BMG or CH have been "classics" not one-hit wonders. Of course that's just me and everyone's different. I hope everyone makes a ton of money with TSIG but in my mind there's too much competition.
