TSQD shareholders will not be happy to learn the reasons behind Joel Ronnings sale of 1M shares. When they realize that they could get screwed if there is a reverse split or some other transaction from the accounting side that could be done. Do people realize the implication if this occurs of holding TSQD shares? What about the tax implications of such a transaction if the option was excercised? Call the company to ask for yourself. If owning TSQD would truly give you the DRIV ownership interest without all of these other issues, why isn't the stock at $10 or more, given DRIV's prospects and the internet hype? People aren't going to be happy. Insider sales, accounting/tax implications...hmmmmm...
