And then there is Global Games Corp. (OTC BB:GLOW). Although it is a non-reporting company, it earlier indicated that it would be reporting by the end of June 1998. Although it missed that date, it has recently issued lots of press releases, and is heavily discussed on Silicon Investor where there are over 4,500 posts regarding this company.

Announcing an internet gambling deal, a July 7th press release states, "Net profits to Global Games from licensing fees for these two sites combined are projected to be substantial. These projections do not reflect additional positive earnings expected to be received from the Burnt Church project or other current Global projects." There are, of course, no details released by the company, although a number of the SI forum participants seem to have very specific "inside information". A number of these same participants have so far posted to only one forum - the one for GLOW.

Although the company has a slick website, and retains an IR person on staff, no financial information is being reporting to the SEC, so there is no way to assess their capabilities to carry out their announced plans.
