My opinion and my opinion only, I don't like what they're proposing to do with the 1-for-3. What good can come about reducing outstanding shares to under 3 million. I may be paranoid, but I don't like the fact that many of the top managers have left with large options positions. With the reduction of outstanding shares will NTST insist that they must do additional convertibles or preferred financings? NTST (stock) will be left to die on the vine. They may stave off a delisting from Small Cap but I'm not convinced from what I read that NTST is poised for anything except "same old, same old."

Please comment/refute/agree etc. I will admit that I've only done the most basic of DD on NTST over the last 3 months. TIA.
