Would you like me to tell you about my call to Mark Wachs? I just got off the phone with him. He talks very fast, but I think he too is a fair, honest and open individual. He admits he doesn't have all the information on ESVS/ZULU yet as his firm has just been brought on board and has sent a form of questions to Mr. Mincheff in regards to Enhanced Services. He said the article in the WSJ had been sent out to read Enhanced/Zulu Group and he has a call into Mr. Mincheff to question what happened. Mr. Wachs also stated to me that the official merger should take place around the 1st of August and the name is going to be Enhanced Services. He, himself, is buying ESVS due to the conversion that will take place with ZULU. He believes that no one, either ZULU or ESVS shareholders, will come out a loser in this however and that we should all expect a pretty big payday. He has asked me to call him back for more complete information on the company on Monday. If you have any questions you'd like asked give them to me and I'll do my best to get them all answered for you.
