What is the fair value of our little stock? I think all of us is asking this question. To determine what fair value is for our stock we need to look at several different things. Known earnings..for the 1st half we had $.08. If we transpose that for the year we get at worst $.16. The next is to find the PE's of different companies in a similar field. EDS has a PE of 25. Another way of finding PE is by using anticipated year to year growth averaged over a five year span. That is hard to do since we do not know any estimates. Let us use the 65% quarter to quarter growth instead as our PE. So we have earnings at $.16 and a PE range from 25 to 65. That gives a fair value from $4.00 to $10.4. This is if this company does not increase income in the second half, and from the newly announced agreements we should know it is not just going to increase but probably double or triple. So from our last two earnings we are currently in the low end of our fair value. We should be able to move close to 10 without any major announcements. This company seems to have a press release each week so I would be surprised if there were no announcements, especially since the Paysis agreement specifically states that it would lead to additional announcements and agreements.
