Good to have you on the thread G. Pickles. Your question's a good one and doesn't sound like bashing in the least bit. To answer your question refer back to message # 877 which is Part 2 of the Information series which was taken from ADOT's Offering Circular Jan.21,1997. ADOT refers to a prototype they built and demonstrated. I believe we are dealing with honorable people and will take their written word on this prototype. Outside of this I have nothing to offer but will keep you apprised should I find more. John
