Yuri: Thought you'd lost your voice. So entertaining to hear from the $100,000,000 man again. Have you been out panning gold (re: your posted profile) to try and raise the $3,333 to call my bet, which is still open? Or have you been out panhandling for enough money to install a phone for Cleansweep Demining, Mr. VP? Looks to me like the deathwatch is over for Cleansweep and the funeral has already been held.

On the subject about which you posted, the tests BEGAN yesterday, and are to CONTINUE for two weeks. It is being billed as a dry run for industrywide testing scheduled to begin in 1999. Perhaps with a little more research and a little less hyperbole, you just might someday be able to post up something accurate. If a subscription to the Wall Street Journal is something else you cannot afford, go the public library, obtain their copy, turn to page B6. There, in the bottom left corner in a tiny article you will find confirmation of the above.

Furthermore, if you had done just a little research, you would know that certain exchanges are in the vanguard of those most prepared, having been remediating the problem for some considerable time.

Keep in touch,
Baron von Addlington
