Kevin: Just to jog your memory. It was I who requested 5 companies who had been acquired for debt restructuring. You finally provided 2. Did you use Yahoo or Lycos to search for the keywords "debt restructure". The first company is acquiring another company who is defaulting on its lease arrangements. They mentioned a possible debt restructuring, but that was not the reason for the acquisition, and the deal has not yet closed. Cortex I found nothing on. Is it Cortex Pharm or Cortex Mining? I guess in your mind this constitutes "common practice" jmt
