John Fowler, re: <what if you are 100% wrong about the strategy and motives of Intel?> Well, that's the thing about opinions, you could be 100% wrong, or 100% right, or somewhere in between. And if it were based on facts it would be a statement, not an opinion. The reader can form his own opinion of an opinion, as you have. So what's wrong with that? This thread is full of opinions. If they're favorable to Intel they are often assumed to be fact. If they aren't, they're often labeled BS, as you have mine. And I have no problem with that either. And if my opinions are 100% wrong, (which, in my opinion they're not ;-) ), so what? At least agree that a public forum allows opinions to be expressed. And if you have followed my posts for some time, you would know I am long Intel. And if that seems strange to you, then you don't understand my participation on this thread. This is an investor thread. Just trying to add a few ounces to counterbalance the ton on the other side of the scale. Like everyone else here, I'm hoping Intel provides positive 2H guidance. But in my opinion ;-), it won't be as positive as us Intellabee's would like. |
