Not heard any rumor of Chapter 11 but considering the financial situation it is hard to say how long BC can hold on without a contract and money in the bank. This could also lead some folks to speculate and start rumors about Chapter 11. No one has really substantiated the report in the Charleston paper, however it would appear from the posts that a civil suit has or will be filed. I just wonder why no one seems to question or discuss why the lawyer and law firm representing GRNO prior to the halt have not been identified in any SEC or other legal filing for their involvement. IMO they had a fiduciary responsibility to ensure that press releases and other documents were totally accurate and in compliance with SEC and other securities laws. The SEC in its documents, and the press have pointed the finger at other folks outside and inside the company, I wouldn't think the lawyers would be immune from responsibility.
