Steven here is a post regarding the need for trained men, and some of the immediate tasks at hand. From: CALIFTALK The need to get swabbers working in the four oil fields operated by trained men generating a positive cash flow is the number one problem and our great potential of success in the goal to bring in 2,000 barrels per day. Reaching towards that goal will solve the short problem quickly. Negative discussions and infighting among Board members and second guessing past errors and blaming Allan Burditt for every wrong turn and not anticipating the decline in oil prices will not achieve growth and success for the shareholders of Oilex. We need teamwork and we need to use the strengths of each consultant and company official to go forward to reach the common goals of making our shareholders wealthy.
