[Final] Oral [closing] arguments Friday 17 July 1998...[arbitration] judge? then has up to thirty (30) days to make a ruling/judgement...no substantive update re: SoftQuad (HoTMetaL) Inc spin-off other than it is a [cash flow] drag on SoftQuad International (NASDAQ:SWEBF)(TSE:SKI) Holdings...NewKidCo on schedule...for shipment in October and confirmation of its success/pv by Thanksgiving....early indications are positive...NASDAQ appeal letter in...may be delisted but Company confirmed, again, they will relist immediately upon qualification, which Company anticipates will be pursuant to a successful NewKidCo Q4...ONLINE merchant also on schedule...it should be noted [and appreciated] that management is not 1) keeping their NASDAQ listing pursuant to a reverse-split and 2) not raising funds at current share prices [which they could] and incurring shareholder dilution pursuant to SoftQuad Holding's promising new initiatives e.g. NewKidCo, MS Flight-Sim add-ons and 3) they are confident they can get to NewKidCo launch/Q4 without a problem/outside funding...we [and the street?] are basically only four (4) months [max?] away from knowing exactly how undervalued [ref/ definitive sales/profitability/cash flow...] SoftQuad Holdings is [and the street unconditionally buying in?]...or if...
