Strange news lately. On the one hand Malone is stating to the press that the decrease in T share price threatens the merger (and with his history of walking away from mergers!). On the other hand the consolidation of share classes on TCI's end appears to be proceeding on schedule. I'm all for the merger but I am not a T shareholder! (yet)

I guess the dominant question is who holds the majority of T stock. No easy question to answer since it is a mainstay of retirement plans and pension funds. I'll continue to look into it but I don't have many resources.

The T shareholders have had time to digest the news so expect the price to level shortly. It is difficult to watch the media dredge up all of TCOMAs shortcomings. Especially since we have been discussing them on this thread for quite a while. Still I will hold because I think it will go forward.
