It would not be appropriate for us here to discuss what GRNO's legal strategy might be to recover its losses due to poor service by its previous counsel. GRNO still hasn't responded to the SEC complaint which it still has time to do.

As far as any Chapter 11 filing is concerned, I think it is also premature to discuss that. But then I have always expected an order from Manova because these are substantial people who probably don't have to go to some other entity for their venture capital financing. They expect to get legislation passed to have waste oil collected in Turkey and to qualify for some kind of tax relief. Therefore they are well connected and wouldn't have the permitting problems that GRNO has had.
