We at OLPV understand your concerns about Olympus Ventures, It sounds that some of you have been involved longer than the current management. We except that the 10K is not coming out as we all planned and I assure you we want it and need it out more than you do. The records of the old management were strung all over the carribean. The Past C.E.O. a Mr Hargitay ( who started the company originally) would not and has not surrendered the records from January of 1996 back to the start. The new management has completely restructured the company. Removed the losers and streamlined the winners. Our orders are growing faster than we are, (no complaint however). You will see shortly a new member in the Mills management who's experience is extremely exciting and his ability places him as one of the top ten men in the garmet manufacturing business in the USA. We have done the best we can to protect the position of the stockholders and try not to let further mis information get into the system as it has previously. We could have let the Island auditor redo the companies audit as in the previous years, and most likely would of had it out months ago. However we have elected to do it properly. When you do finally see it, it will be ACCURATE. As Angelo stated a few day ago in this message center, are you in it for the quick shot or the long shot. If it was a quick shot then you deserve what you get. If it was for an investment and not an overnighter then you should do well. These in and outers damage a growing company faster than anything and I promise you, we would do better and be happier with out them. Olympus Mills, Inc. the manufacturing part of Olympus has only been in operation since January of this year. Olympus will show a loss in the year end of June 30, 1996. But you won't see that in the first quarter, second quarter and Im sure not for the year. To me, this is very very good. The normal pattern for a manufacturing company is two years before profits start showing up. Do to us having no control over the brokers and the market makers playing as they see fit for their gain and could care less about REAL COMPANIES. Olympus is now directing our attention toward what we do best, running a good company. If we can't have the proper support that we should have then so be it. This message is directed to anyone who believes that this company is a scam. If you are a good and true invester, thank you for your support. Sorry, I did not introduce myself, I am Gary Morgan who is the head of the new management. I am happy to take any blame on what has taken place since August, reference the running of the Company, 10K, 8K and etc. I also will be here to hear your comments when the company is doing well and hopefully the stock has recovered from this very unfortunate and undeserved turn.

Best of Luck in your future stock adventures
