Hmmmm, this is really a good question 'Why the stock is not much higher?' Well, let's think about it. What options do Joel have? Option one - screw TSQD shareholders and look forward to have big legal problems. option two - convert TSQD shares into DR shares and make a lot of money for himself. Hmmmm, what option will Joel take? I think that The Wall Street does not know about TSQD and DR yet. Also, TSQD is a BB stock. IPO suppose to be during first part of August. We need to wait a little bit more. === Another company is worth looking at is- MEAS - also internet play, just invested $1million in "A Doctor" - company that has a contract with AOL for online chat with doctors.
