Someone posted some time ago an analysis of how the old options would be traded in for the new options and the timing. I would love to hear more.

I suppose if the CTO and the senior lawyer in the firm can sell their stock then the engineers certainly can. Here is where Schmidt buying stock on the open market would send a positive signal.

But then again Novell's priorities were never its stock price just screwing its stockholders. I think its a left-over policy, screwing the stockholders but certainly a habitual one, and certainly not one associated with Schmidt.

But Schmidt hasn't bothered to address this one.
