"... both TLAB and CCSC are fully committed to getting the merger done." Not to sound cynical, but they've both been saying that for months now. So I share the frustration. Like I should care a lot, since I only got on board CCSC a week ago - so now they can complete the deal. But, considering the hangup, I wouldn't have bought if CCSC didn't pass the look-see test on a stand-alone basis. Thanks for the CC info. Were there any tough questions not related to the merger? Product lifetimes and the security/reliability of their main revenue streams have to be a concern in such a competitive marketplace. ChrisMeister
