If this reorganization goes through as proposed it amounts to Marvel shareholders having the option to buy the new, merged company at $12 common stock etc. TBZ stock at $10 over the news and the chances of going over $12 after the merger are excellent. Still ranks as Icahn's biggest failure as he apparently was unable to save Marvel without a merger. Company will now be a subsidiary of Toy Biz and the Marvel shareholders get the shaft. Too bad. If he could have brought Marvel back on its own it would have been one hell of a story and a win fall for current shareholders as the stock would have doubled. As it looks now the chapter is closing on Marvel.
